I bank with a useless bank. NatWest really are useless. One of their
advisers lied to me and said he could email me. They have automated
email systems so have my email address however seem to be unable to
press the send button. Fucking dicks. It's probably mental health
prejudice that's behind rather than any incapability to press a send
button. I've definitely experienced mental health discrimination from
Lloyds and they too are so behind the times they've not heard of
emailing customers.
