ECT: a good video by someone who it worked for

I wonder if there are any studies on exorcism?

The TED.com broadcast on ECT mentions how ancient healers used to use
certain herbs which caused convulsions and perhaps these herbs could
have been used in exorcisms. By accident they could have been causing
the same seizures as ECT causes which temporarily seem to treat mental
dsorder (or possession) though after treatment the effects compared to
sham ECT are the same.

The speakers amazing. He's getting people to laugh about ECT. This video
will be used in the future to show how sick early 21st century
psychiatrists were.

The pseaker had ECT 30 years ago and it's clearly worked for him.

He speaks about how his life made him depresssed.

He speaks about how the medical staff were going to do a pre-ftromtal
lobotomy. They'd gotten together and decided this was the best course of
acti0n. Luckily the resident doctor in charge of his care resisted the
pressure to use this technique. The speaker never knew any of this was
going on at the time.

They used ECT instead. He describes it's effects as remarkable.

What's great about this video is the guy's honesty. He makes a really
good point at the end.

About Me

We It comes in part from an appreciation that no one can truly sign their own work. Everything is many influences coming together to the one moment where a work exists. The other is a begrudging acceptance that my work was never my own. There is another consciousness or non-corporeal entity that helps and harms me in everything I do. I am not I because of this force or entity. I am "we"
