Online resources for voice hearers

After Mind took down the excellent "The Voice Inside" online factsheet
the amount of practical information for voice hearers dropped
drastically. Thankfully there are other organisations and individuals
providing information to this area where there's a real need for more
easily accessible, practical online information.
