What else is mental illness?

It is subjugation. It is social control. Distress? No. It is control and power of psychiatry to fool the masses.

If you were a psychiatrist you could pick and chose behaviour to treat. This is the reality. A psychiatrist's choice. Not even the hegemony. Just one person.

The gays would understand. They were subjugated. The blacks too. They still are.
