It's a statement which is inspired by a Thai phrase and I've adapted it as an alternative or additional quality of utopia and is a social evolution mandate.
Equal is mentioned twice just like the Thai phrase
Same same but different.
Bugger. I botched it up. But you get my point and my follow up point: equal is mentioned twice because it's something too many people too easily forget. At least that's my interpretation of the Thai" same same" principle.
