Undoubtedly the perfect declaration of rights won't exist

By then individual morality will mean antiquated systems like laws will be obsolete. Obviously this is a distant far off goal and I don't think the human race's civilization will survive to see it.

Perhaps elsewhere in the almost infinite universe alien civilisations are living it. Undoubtedly.
