What if people defined their own waiting period to die

An old but relevant idea u had was people being informed enough to develop their personal mental health protocols and practices.

It would end mental healths aspect of a power structure arbiting the human condition and diversity or individuality apart from any bias or untruth in what's dogmatically  taught.

Again, extending the paradigm to something as important as an individual choice about their death, I believe it's too important to be decided over by a temporary consensus of opinion. It's clearly something to be decided by individuals in advance of them experiencing the torture of wanting to die and being unable.

In a right world. Dot dot dot.
