Versions of Get Moving

This was shot at the first Get Moving event, part of the UK's national
antistigma programme Time to Change.

That was a really significant day too. I'll always remember that day as
my reawakening. It was the first day I'd felt good in such a long long
time and marked the start of the end of my acute psychosis period. For a
long, long time I'd be suicidal because of the suffering of psychosis.
The absence of that pain also marked my return to photography.
