How to help with those moments when you feel like complaining?

This bit of buddhist thinking which feels like CBT offers some useful
thoughts to make better those miserable moments. I've posting it up here
so when I'm in a critical mood perhaps I'll be able to chill out a bit
and see the things that are worth complaining about.

It's from an email from this organisation.

Complaining comes quite naturally, doesn't it? Complaining to take
action... complaining about trivial things ...complaining to create
laughter ... to share experiences with each other ...

A complaint is a negative description that doesn't indicate possible
next steps to fix the problem.

Why do we need the No Complaining Tools? Because complaining just wrecks
the mood and sabotages our personal motivation.

If we use the No Complaining Tools we begin to simply turnaround a
complaint or re-phrase our thoughts to transform a justified complaint
into a solution.

Positively re-phrasing our complaints can change our own attitude as
well as the attitude of the people around us. It can make the difference
between staying angry or letting the anger go. It can also allow
situations to become a little easier and more enjoyable.

About Me

We It comes in part from an appreciation that no one can truly sign their own work. Everything is many influences coming together to the one moment where a work exists. The other is a begrudging acceptance that my work was never my own. There is another consciousness or non-corporeal entity that helps and harms me in everything I do. I am not I because of this force or entity. I am "we"
