They name check my favourite book on the topic.
Tudor K (1996) Mental Health Promotion: Paradigms and Practice. London:
Routledge.

The first chapter is extraordinary and took me days to understand. The
NHS Evidence page ain't bad but doesn't come close to the breadth of
Keith Tudor's attempts to cover the different conceptualisations.
