Water boarding used to be a mental health treatment. Thankfully it's been made illegal now. It's recognised as torture. Acute tranquilisation isn't illegal nor used in prsons

Do I have to bother explaining? Or do I have to say ECT. And make that
point. People are electrocuted because, apparently, that's healthcare.
Seizures are a good thing according to psychiatrists. Just wouldn't use
that technique on prisoners and prisoners of war.

Human Rights Watch can suck on my chocolate salty balls. So can Mind.
They're meant to be doing something.

Sure. No one deserves torture. Except, clearly, the mentally ill. We
just get fucked like a porn star in a gang bang orgy.
