"how will the information revolution/focus on outcome measures reduce
the burden on the NHS of data collection- surely it is going to do the
reverse"

"
It won't increase the burden for 3 reasons: 1: the system demands lots
of data and clinicians also collect more data, but we're going to focus
on what's needed for outcomes. 2: that will allow us to look at the data
returns that don't assist with that and then to lift those burdens 3: we
will look to only collect the data once which will also decrease the burden.

The other is a begrudging acceptance that my work was never my own. There is another consciousness or non-corporeal entity that helps and harms me in everything I do. I am not I because of this force or entity. I am "we"
