medicine has always been the caring profession that takes care of
genuine illness. They dumped that 200 years ago or so when they included
psychiatry as medicine. Sociol control became the unwitting purview of
medicine.
Recent years have seen medicine change significantly thanks to
psychiatry's inclusion. The most stark exampke is the use of
antipsychotics to 'treat' the elderly who had demenita.
treatment of schizophrenia or dementia involves reversal or addressing
the biological cause. 'Treatment' involves treating behaviour rather
than illness.
For all the bullshit science that's used to prove that antipsychotics
'treat' schizophrenia was disregarded. The medical profession found they
could control behaviour with toxic chemicals. They used them on the
elderly because mad old people are annoying. 1,800 people a year died
thanks to doctors but they didn't know that they were killing people.
It's just manslaughter then.
Once the evidence came out doctors did what they shouldn't do. Had the
profession any integrity they would have banned the use of
antipsychotics in dementia in the community. Knowledge of the impact of
what they did and the fact that the drugs were being used to treat
behaviour rather than illness (behaviour isn't an illness, it's just a
social problem) means doctors are now murderers. They knowing kill the
elderly because society thinks mad old people are abnormal.
There are many socio-political reasons that could be used to justify the
murder of old people with dementia by doctors because of their
behaviour. It's damn good thing doctors don't take the Hippocratic Oath
the moment the graduate as proper doctors. Oh shit.....fuck.....they do.
Shit. I really know absolutely nothing about medicine. How the fuck
could a dumb shit like me forget that doctors aren't meant to be
murderers. They're meant to be healers. Not judge, jury and executioner
on what is normal and abnormal behaviour in whatever time or culture
they live in.
We live in a time where murder for social behaviour needs a professionl,
professional bodies, codes of conducts and oaths such as the Hippocartic
one to fool people into thinking that it's ok to murder people for
behaviour.
There's always a positive to hellish things and the murder of the mad
elderly benefits society in two ways: cheaper care of the elderly,
because thye die sooner, and more money for the pharmaceutical
companies. Murder works and it's good in health economics terms.
Shipman would be proud of the profession. Fritzel would be jealous he
wasn't a doctor. Stalin would be amazed that so long after his death he
would see British society be far more fascist then he ever could be.
The Royal College of Psychiatry: because murdering people for their
behaviour needs a profession. It's a damn sight more honest that "let
wisdom guide."
