This is an excellent online professional development course on critical
thinking in the use of psychiatric medication in chidlren.

I feel like crying when I think of what's happening. This isn't medicine
at its best. On the Critical Think RX site there's a quote from a
Harvard provost about the use of antipsychotics in children which goes
something along the lines of "doctors are trading an emotional and
behavioural disorder for a life long physical condition."
