A guess at how to reduce murder in those at high risk of killing

People who play violent computer games are releasing their need to
murder. It is expressed in a safe way. I wonder if serial killers play
violent computer games less than the average person? Their human-animal
basic need might be satiated by playing a violent computer game so they
wouldn't kill.
