Society doctors is a dumb idea

It's something I have to write up why it's a bad idea at some point,
once I've justified it as a good idea (and there are already social
psychiatrists).

The lived experience psychiatrist, those who've got their basic training
from the university of life....that's a better idea which I'll have to
think about now.
