Am I reading about myself?

There's lot of bits in this book on suicidology and the case study of Arthur that feel like they're written about me.

Autopsy of a suicidal mind By Edwin S. Shneidman

P17 is where it gets quite striking and where life story beats "20% of men commit suicide because they haven't sought help." I can't cut and paste from Google Books so you're just going to have to click through.
